Mike Brady has 15 years’ experience as a project architect on various project types, many of them large-scale science and technology projects. These range from pharmaceutical production facilities and private sector research labs to higher education research greenhouses. This focus has occurred naturally as he pursued his first interest—great architecture. As he becomes engaged with companies and clients, and comes to know their stories, he is delighted when they come to view design as an investment in their brand – most importantly for talent acquisition. He believes great design can give them a competitive edge with regards to identity, talent acquisition, and efficiency of resources and space. Yet Mike’s design solutions are attractive, practical and buildable. His attention to the construction process ensures that each design is executed as intended.
