Chris Morris is a senior electrical engineer and editor with construction cost data publisher RS Means. Chris has more than 24 years of field experience in electrical design and engineering and now oversees RS Means’ electrical database and leads educational seminars for the organization in the areas of electrical and facilities management and repair-cost estimating.

Alex Roe is the Associate Vice President for Capital Planning and Budget at the University of Wisconsin System and oversees the development of the UW System’s capital budget, master planning, and capital projects for the 26 institutions of the University of Wisconsin.
