Annesley Cole's work is informed by her longstanding commitment to sustainability and her desire to create buildings that enhance user experience. Her background includes a wide range of project types, but of particular interest is the intersection between physical and mental health and human-centered design. Annesley views the programming phase of a project as a fresh challenge each time, and the construction phase as a rewarding process of fine-tuning the larger ideas that have gone into the design. She is pursuing the project management side of the field due to her proficiency with BIM software and coordinating with the contractors and consultants to complete the project. Annesley finds great fulfillment in working with a client from the first design conversation to the grand opening.
